At Auvia Natural, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
UK Shipping
We offer FREE Standard UK Shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather, or peak seasonal periods.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
