Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include your order number together with photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate, we'll replace the item or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to misuse

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
